Hotel decor, etc, and clean. Location okay if you want to stay near airport and deira. Car park is a good addition. The concierge was very good!

We highly appreciated the remarkable services of the followings:our friend Mournee, always prompt to serve us, hellen ,her welcomed smile during our breakfast time, lay lay the way she cleaned our room. We could distinguished her touch from others. Finally, Mrs Massoud with the safari desert without forgetting the driver he gave us that special day. These people will make us come back to hue boutique hotel.

We really loved Hues. Originally only booked for two nights but extended stay. It was welcoming, clean and the location was great. Overall a beautiful stay.

Nothing. You booking.com and the property mismanaged my noise complaints. After i complained about the noise you wrote back to me saying the hotel had not received any of my complaints. That was a lie and unethical. Through your not so user friendly CRM system you declined a refund for 2 nights that i am confident i am entitled to. I checked out early out of this deplorable and absolutely noisy place. Sort it
